Can you give me a tracking number for my order?

All packages are scanned on delivery but may not be tracked if standard shipping services have been selected. If your order has a tracking number it will have been automatically sent in an email when the order is marked shipped, so if you don't have it then it's not trackable. A tracking number for most international order will be available with the order details once it's been shipped. If the tracking doesn't appear to be updating on etsy it might be worth trying your local postal service as etsy sometimes doesn't pull in all tracking events for international order that pass between different postal services.

When will my order arrive?

We try to ship all orders within 1 working day. Shipping times vary from country to country. Below is an estimate based on our experience, but it should be noted that times are not guaranteed and it can sometimes take longer. I Want to cancel my order, what should I do?

Within 1 hour of purchase you can cancel your order by contacting us through the etsy messaging system. We will then process a full refund. After 1 hour you'll need to follow the return procedure to cancel the order, please see the "Returns and Exchanges" section of our shop to get full details.
