As our monogramming service is handmade to order, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be personalised, which then will be passed over to our delivery partners. We appreciate little things in life might get in the way of planning ahead, so if you need one of our products quicker than this, just contact us on info@blushrose.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate all orders.

​All of our orders are sent Signed For and come with a reference number which can be used to track your parcel. Please note, a signature upon delivery is required, if no one is home this will be sent to your local pick up point with details posted to you. Delivery costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of each order.

The beauty of personalisation is that once an item has been hand-monogrammed, it is created especially for you. Choose our luxury gift wrap option at the checkout to receive your order in a beautifully packaged gift box, wrapped in a personalised Blush Rose ribbon. The initials foiled onto the ribbon will match the initials provided on the product.

As the products within our leather collection are made from Saffiano Leather, we have put together a care guide to ensure your products stay as good as new:
• Avoid scratching against any rough materials, this could damage or tear the leather
• Avoid any liquids or oils, especially around the initial area, this could result in the foil fading over time
• Don’t leave out in the sun - this could discolour the leather

We offer complimentary personalisation on the majority of our items. Please note each product is monogrammed by hand, so the positioning and finishing may vary slightly from item to item. Please check the initials are correct as we are unable to offer refunds for typing errors. All of our items can be purchased without personalisation if you would prefer. Our personalisation technique is through foiling.

​The font collection used for monogramming is Upper Case Times New Roman. The size of each letter is 40pt, which is 1cm in height (width is dependent on the letter). The maximum number of letters for monogramming is 3.
