How do I send a photograph to you?

1. After ordering, send a separate Etsy message and attach your photo using the "attach image" button located at the bottom right hand corner of the message box or camera icon on smartphones. 2. You can also email your photo to me quoting your order number in the subject line: magnoliatreeandco@live.com

Everything in the shop is water resistant but not waterproof. I highly recommend removing all items before any contact with water. As with most metals, humidity and exposure to sunlight can affect the finish and items can darken, or tarnish. We recommend storing in a cool dry place wrapped in tissue or a cotton bag. With glass items some sparkles (under the glass) may appear over time. This is natural and can be expected. We recommend occasionally polishing your items with a jewelry grade polishing cloth.

Our gorgeous bridal bouquet memorial charm is a thoughtful way to carry the memory of your loved ones with you on your special day. It is designed to be attached to a bridal bouquet, pinned to the inside pocket of a suit or on a boutonniere.

The two sided pendant has a gorgeous antique silver finish and comes personalized with a photo of your loved one and custom quote or two photos. Wording can be changed to any custom text simply leave your instructions in the personalization section.

After ordering send along the photo you would like to use in an Etsy message (this is best) or via email to magnoliatreeandco [!at] live.com. Any size photo will work as I will crop and resize to fit the pendant. An uncropped photo works best.

NOTE: Photos will be cropped to fit within the area of the pendant. Images will be cropped to fit only the face/faces of the persons in the photograph. If there is more than one face in your photo, please ensure the faces are close together to enable them to be clear once the image is resized. Please leave any cropping instructions in the notes to seller.
