How do I customize a product?

Most listing have an image of the product that shows what can be customized. For instance, it will say Text 1, Text 2, etc. Just let us know what you want the text to say in the "Personalization" input box.

Can you put custom logos on your products?

If you have a logo that you'd like on one of our items, simply send it to us and we can verify it will work for laser engraving. PLEASE SEND IT TO US BEFORE YOU ORDER and include the following info: 1. Item you would like your logo on 2. Quantity 3. Ship to zip code Once we get the info, we can let you know if it'll work and pricing.

How do I send vector files like Adobe Illustrator to you?

Etsy won't let you attach vectors, so please send them to mike@custombrewgear.com.

How long does it take to get my product?

Most items will ship in 3-5 business days. They ship either USPS Priority, which is 2-5 days in the US and 6-12 days international, or USPS first class, which is 3-7 days in the US.

We do offer wholesale options and most items can be modified for your specific need. Please contact us for a quote.

My tap handle doesn't face the right direction when I screw it on.

When installing your tap handle, screw it on and face it the direction you want. Tap facets have a lock nut that you screw up to meet the tap handle and lock it into place.

Please be patient as shipping times may be impacted by pandemic. Custom Brew Gear is not responsible for shipping delays. My package is late: Packages usually show up within a few days of normal times, but can be delayed. My package shows delivered, but I didn't get it: Most of the time it is caused by a USPS scanning error and the package shows up a few days later. This can be up to two weeks later for domestic packages and up to a month for international.

My custom order was spelled wrong

Please make sure you enter your text exactly as you want it. We copy and paste the text you entered so we can make sure it is right. If we did make a mistake, we'll gladly correct the issue for you. If the buyer misspelled or mistyped it, we offer a 15% discount on the exact item with the correct spelling.

Upgrade your kegerator or home bar with a laser engraved custom beer tap handle. The personalized logo can be customized with your text and it features two chalkboard decals that can be applied to the sides. You can also choose from a specific graphic to go on the bottom for an even more personalized experience. The beer tap is coated in furniture grade lacquer and deeply laser engraved. These work great on kegerators, home bars, etc and make perfect gifts for the beer lover.

To Order:
1. Select the wood (cherry or walnut) and the side to be engraved. NOTE: If you choose "None-Chalkboards Only" the handle has no engraving and two chalkboards.
2. Select the graphic option you want.
3. Enter text you want for ALL locations in the personalization box. One of the product photos shows what text can be changed. If you want one blank, please enter "Blank".

Our taps have a 3/8-16 female thread on the end that fit 99% of tap facets. That means your facet should have a 3/8-16 male thread. Please verify prior to ordering your tap. This is by far the most common size, but occasionally there are some metric versions out there. Although we can show you options for adapters, etc, we do not issue refunds for the tap handle not fitting.
