Fill your balloons with helium as close to event time as possible. Latex balloons filled with helium can float for 2-12 hrs depending on altitude and weather conditions. Party stores can add hi-float for longer float time.

The science behind it is that latex is porous, so helium gas will slowly leak out. This is true for ALL latex balloons, not just styles I sell. Then temperature and altitude will also affect how long your latex balloons will float. Foil balloons will last much longer filled with helium than latex because the foil isn't porous.

Latex balloons need to be fully inflated to proper size to achieve correct color. If not fully inflated to 11 inches, they will be dull and opaque.

I pack each order with care. If something does get damaged during shipping, please contact me ASAP so that I can correct the problem. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Items can be returned in original, unused condition at your expense within 7 days of receiving them.

Once I receive the item, I will refund the item purchase price only. No shipping fees will be refunded. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Any used items cannot be returned or refunded. Balloons cannot be refunded if popped or used.
