For the returns from the US and Canada, we only use DHL for shipping. Due to customs clearance, we do not accept any other carriers for return deliveries. The DHL charge for return deliveries is 39 EUR (approx. 39 USD). This price will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping unless deemed faulty.
All return postage costs are at the customers' expense unless items are deemed faulty.
