*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS First-Class or Priority Mail packages may be delayed in-transit longer than their advertised time frames.

*By purchasing a plant from RJCactus you agree and understand the following:
A. RJCactus is not liable for plants being dehydrated due to their time in-transit via USPS. You understand and agree dehydration in a plant is not considered damaged.

B. If you have a problem with your order please message us with any concerns within the first day you receive it. RJCactus will not be held liable for any condition of your plant(s) after 24-hours after your posted delivered time. You understand plants are living-organisms and listing pictures are plants that are hydrated. Therefore, since they are shipped barerooted there is a chance they will look different from listing pictures, review pictures or be dehydrated upon arrival to your address.

C. RJCactus will not be liable for lost packages shipped to any incorrect or unverified mailing address via USPS. If you request a change of address after your order has been processed, RJCactus is not liable for shipping it to the first address requested.

D. RJCactus gives our best efforts to package your plants with the upmost care. You understand there is potential that your plant may have some kind of damage after it is not in our possession and in-transit via USPS.


1. You will receive a similar plant to the one shown in photo that has been growing in a 6” pot; shape and color may vary.

2. The plant on offer will be shipped bare root without pot. Some leaves may arrive with imperfections.

3. Depending on the weather some plants may arrive stressed due to being in transit and with no water consumption.

4. Shipping within USA only.

5. Please consider buying a heat-pack if you are in a location that is of freezing temperature.
