Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to offer custom and personalized orders. Please contact me to arrange details. I reserve the right to deny a request if it does not agree with my beliefs, particularly because I am a faith based business, and appreciate your understanding. I'm so glad you're here and am humbled that you would consider choosing me to fill your special request and allow me to be a part of your life in this way. I do charge a minimal one-time customization fee (see shop listings), and will communicate to you which level this fee will be prior to your purchase. This is determined by the level of complexity of your request and whether the finished product will be a good fit as a permanent listing in my shop, both of which are determined by the artist.

Can you change colors/words in an existing print?

While on occasion this might be possible, in general it is not, because of the nature of the artwork it could be quite difficult to offer high quality artwork after altering the words or color. Feel free to ask, but understand it is up to the artist's discretion whether she feels your request is achievable, or if it would be better served creating a new piece. In any case, fulfilling such a request would include a minimal customization fee.

My order arrived incorrect/damaged. What should I do?

Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact me, attaching the photos and including your order number. For printed items we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them one time to your shipping address. Please understand that if it is a unique item or original piece, it may be possible to repair it to original quality, and options will be considered on a case by case basis, as sometimes these can not be replaced or recreated.

Can I cancel/refund/exchange my order?

All items are final sale. We can not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges unless an item has been damaged in shipping. (Except where prohibited by law, in which case buyer must contact me WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of item(s). Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please contact me for a withdrawal form. Returned item must be shipped back in original resaleable condition within 30 days of original receipt to qualify for refund.)

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
I am happy to create a custom piece of artwork for you, with my approval of the design.
From now on, I must limit custom requests to that which is a fit with my personal style, brand, and ability as an artist. If you are uncertain of this, you may look through my shop listings at other completed pieces, and this will give you an idea, or you are welcome to apply for a custom piece, explaining what you'd like, and I will evaluate your request and let you know if your request can be accepted.
(Please note that at this time there are a handful of existing pieces in my shop which are not a fit for my brand or outside of my personal joy of creating and personal style, and such pieces will soon be retired.)

Thank you for understanding that art is a very personal expression, and that talent in one area does not automatically translate to talent in every style or every subject matter, and to work outside of one's gifting as an artist can be frustrating for both the artist and the client.

If you purchase the commission fee without prior approval, please note that, should your application be denied for the above reasons, your order will be canceled and refunded. I will communicate with you prior to cancellation if this is the case.

Nicole was wonderful to work with! She helped me with a very sensitive custom gift, combining two different flowers, one of which wasn’t even on her site, and helped me find an appropriate and meaningful scripture.
