The Crossroads Beanie is a chic, stylish beanie featuring a unique woven-look stitch pattern and a knit-look ribbed brim! I’ve always loved the look of knitted basketweave stitch, so I knew I needed to create something similar in crochet! This hat is so versatile and fun to make, and is extra warm thanks to the folded brim; perfect for chilly winter days!

The pattern comes with easy-to-follow, simplified instructions for advanced crocheters, as well as an in-depth photo tutorial with more detailed instructions for beginners.

This is an original design, using US crochet terms. You may not copy, distribute or sell this pattern as your own design, but feel free to sell finished hats made from this pattern! Intermediate (Requires knowledge of sc, hdc and dc stitches)

- SIZE -
Hat shown measures 20" around (stretches to over 22”) and just over 9” tall. You can easily customize your hat to fit any size!

- YOU WILL NEED -

* A total of approximately 285 yards of worsted (#4) weight yarn. I used 125 yards Lion Brand New Basic 175 in Whisper for the brim and 160 yards Red Heart Unforgettable in Polo (Sample 1) for the hat body.

* Size I/9 (5.5mm) Crochet Hook, or size to obtain correct gauge

* Yarn needle and scissors

* Faux Fur Pom Pom (optional)
