Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number is showing delivered, please wait another 2-3 days to see if the post office has scanned it as delivered but has not actually delivered yet (some locations do this). If after a few days it is still not received please reach out to Gurumi Supply and your local Post Office as soon as possible. The order will be considered completed. If the buyer does not reach out to Gurumi Supply within 14 days after tracking number shows delivered and the order was not received To avoid a lost package, always double check your mailing address. If the incorrect address is entered, it is not the fault of Gurumi Supply. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the address is correct.

If there are any issues with your order please contact Gurumi Supply within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are having trouble using your eyes/noses/washers please reach out to Gurumi Supply within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, waiting longer could result in a discontinued or sold out product.

What do I need to do if I need to return or exchange an item I purchased?

Please contact Gurumi Supply directly prior to sending item(s) back. All returns and exchanges need to be approved prior. Once approved, the buyer is responsible for any shipping cost to send the item(s) back. A bubble package and tracking number is required. The tracking number must be shared with Gurumi Supply. Once the item(s) have been received and inspected for damaged, a refund for the item(s) may be submitted. If a buyers ships a return/exchange back and it is not in a bubble package and/or no tracking is received, a refund can not be guarantee. Due to loss or damage. If a buyer ships a return/exchange back and postage is due upon receipt, Gurumi Supply will not pay for the postage due and no refund will be issued.

I entered the wrong shipping address, What can I do?

Once an order is placed and it is realized the address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the volume of orders received and/or the holiday season upon us, no correction will be made. Instead the order will be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed with the correct address. How do I use my Gurumi Supply Safety Eye Gismo?

To use your Gismo: Lay it flat on surface. Place your washer over the needed sized hole. Place your eye in the correct spot on your creation. Line up the shank of the eye to the hole of your washer. Some eyes I ordered arrived with 2 sets of washers, How do I use them?

Some of the larger round eyes will arrive to you with 2 sets of washers. One set is a harder washer usually in a white color and the other set is a soft washer usually in a brown or gray color. Only one set of washers need to be used to attach the eyes. Typically the white washers will need more effort to attach by hand. These can be attached much easier with our Safety Eye Gismo found in the tool category. The brown/gray washers are considered soft washers and can be attach with much less effort by hand and no tool.

How many eyes or noses am I getting in each package?

Each post will state how many pairs of eyes or how many noses are in each pack. If the count is not in the title of the post, it will be in the description. All eyes are sold in sets or pair(s) and have washers. Example: 1 pair of eyes = 2 eyes and 2 washers, 5 pairs of eyes = 10 eyes and 10 washers 2 count of noses = 2 noses and 2 washers

Some of my eyes (trapezoid or 3D shaped eyes) came with hard washers (machine washers), how do I use them and attach them?

About some washers: These washers are very tight and were designed for machine application to fit snug. There are a few methods to assist. - Tool available in Gurumi Supply shop - Safety Eye Gismo - Warming up some water and placing the washers in there so they can soften up a little bit - Take a nail file or screw driver to open the hole a little bit, or small slit on the inside of the hole - Placing a cloth over the eye and the washer and lightly hit it with a hammer & socket to secure it in place - Use tweezers to hold washer and lightly heat up by fire, the hole will become slightly bigger as it heats up - Use a metal washer as leverage to push down on plastic washer to attach to eye

These eyelids are a great accessory for any 12mm safety eye. They come a one piece for both top and bottom eyelids. Simply slip the eyelid onto the shank of the safety eyes and push lightly to fit the eye inside.

These are great for adding a little more character to any handmade craft, amigurumi, toy, and dolls.
