Most of our items can be personalized with your custom wording for no additional cost. Enter your wording specifications in the "personalization" box during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, our shop cannot be held responsible for delays, or missing items on behalf of the shipping carriers. It is the buyers responsibility, once an item is shown delivered to coordinate with the carrier for any shipping inquiries or problems that may arise after an item leaves us.  

If you received your order, and it isn't what you ordered (thread color is wrong, size/color incorrect). Please send us an email within 10 days of receipt, with a photo of the item you received, and we will be happy to address any issue you may have.

All of our items have a current turn-around time of 2-3 weeks before shipment. We are not currently accepting any rush orders. If you have a date that you specifically need your item by, please reach out before you place your order, to see if we are able to accommodate.
