Communication was a little challenging with this Etsy shop. I requested multiple times that the silhouette faces of the 2 babies' photos that were submitted faced opposite directions. After a several messages, the seller changed the sketch sent as a proof. This extra time spent could have been avoided if the seller read the messages carefully.
