What is your shipping policy?

YOU are responsible for how you want your package shipped so if you need it priority mailed, make sure you choose that option at check out. I am NOT responsible for your package once it enters the post office hands. If you are worried something may happen, please purchase insurance for your package. Message me if you have any questions. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. I ship to your Etsy address via USPS so please make sure this is up to date before you make your purchase. If you do not update your address, you will be responsible for charges on the order to be remade and/or any additional shipping charges for the item(s) to be reshipped to you once it has been shipped.

What if my item is received broken?

Please take a photo of your damaged package(s) as well as the broken item(s) and message me within 24 hours from the tine your order was delivered (this time will show on your tracking information) to discuss replacement.

Can I order something in a different color than shown?

Of course! Just message me before purchase and we can discuss color options.

Do you know when I can expect my order?

NEED BY DATE: This is VERY important for you to leave a need by date (which should be 1-2 days before your events date). HOWEVER, Please pay attention to delivery times. Etsy shows me a ship by date, which is the very last day the item should be shipped by. If you are shown a delivery date for the 15th-18th, you are more likely to receive your order by the 18th rather than the 15th. If you need your order BY the 15th, please message me prior to ordering. Not doing this can cause a last minute cancellation. If you do not leave a need by date on your order, or at least message me with one, I will mail it by the date Etsy has given me. “ASAP” is NOT a need by date and will be shipped by the date Etsy gives me.
