MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
If item is marked as made to order, Please allow me a 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your purchase.

If you needed it rush for an occasion, please message us before placing an order.

Processing time do not including shipping time. Please take this into consideration along with the shipping times when estimating your order to arrive at your door.

Domestic orders are sent first class via USPS. It has an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days.
USPS priority Mail : 1-3 business days.

**Please ensure you provide us with your correct delivery address as once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for this.

Once an item has been shipped, any delays are outside of my control. All shipments include tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Items shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped by USPS First Class Mail International. It has an estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days (per U. S. Postal website).
The US Postal Service provides tracking information up until the package leaves the U. S. After that I am sorry to say, there is no more tracking.

Sterling silver and silver plated jewelry may tarnish - or blacken - over time. This is a normal reaction of silver when exposed to the air. Store away from sunlight, dampness and open air as these will all speed up the process of oxidization. In order to help prevent this, please store your jewelry where possible in its original box with its anti-tarnish insert, and clean it carefully from time to time using a soft cloth, or apply a mild soap using a soft brush. Dry thoroughly.

I will provide a small black tab of anti-tarnish paper with each sterling silver order, which if kept with your jewellery in an airtight container or ziplock, will prevent tarnishing for up to two years :)

If you placed an order in error, please contact us within an hour of placing the order to either cancel or modify it (this includes shipping address errors). We will assist you in a timely manner.

Please note that I do not have any additional information than what is available on your tracking through USPS.

If your item has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please do the following:

- Check with members of your house to ensure that no one else has your package
-Check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered
-Contact your local post office and ask for GPS coordinates of where your package was delivered
-If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report


Please note that my standard shipping does not include insurance if you would like your package insured you must upgrade to Priority Shipping.
