Do not hesitate and place the order!!! These guys are amazing. I ordered during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and there were significant shipping delays. They stayed in contact with me the whole time and even offered to DHL Express me new ones if I didn't get mine in time. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and honestly couldn't be better. They updated me on the tracking and status of where the pendants were at. The pendants themselves are exactly what I expected and more. They are beautiful, sturdy, and so well crafted. They even did a custom order for me because our ceilings are vaulted 17 feet so they added an extra long cord for me. I haven't hung them up yet as we are building a new house. I can't wait to see them hung up. I will update once they're installed! Definitely recommend!!!
