I always take a lot of time to make my listings and always make sure I am as accurate in my descriptions and photo's as possible.
Please note that some computers colour's show up differently and so do photo's. I will always take my time with light and best quality images for best result.

Ready items: I will ship within 3-8 BUSINESS days after receiving the payment. For made to order items It's usually within 1 week. My parcels are usually already wrapt and waiting to post.

All items are shipped via Australia Post and standard airmail that normally takes 10-21 business days for delivery

(depending on the customs and the postal service in different countries). Sometimes it takes longer.
Please pay attention to time of delivery, if you need your package for any date best message me first prior to posting. Maybe we can arrange for a faster service.

Polymer clay is baked hard but if dropped it will break. Some of my items are very detailed. Where possible I add reinforced wiring or clay to help protect little arms that stick out.

I always take great care to package my items for best arrival smiles. So combining postage does not always work for my items. Unless you are purchasing something small that can be easily wrapped in bubble wrap of tissue paper beside something.

My little doors can be placed outside. But be mindful that strong harsh sunlight or wet feet, snow high winds will all eventually have an effect. Best keep dry, covered from direct sun light as much as possible for long happy fairy garden life.
