Do you do Custom Orders on Bows?

yes just let us know how many you need of each color and we will set up customer order. It might take an extra day or 2 since much needed communication is needed back and forth to make the correct order you are requesting.

Is there a way to speed up a Custom Order ?

Yes if we communicate via the phone. You can send me your phone number privately and I will give you a call .

Why did this order take longer to get?

I am a disabled veteran and there are times I am in a lot of pain and need to be in bed with my leg elevated above my heart to get the extra swelling down. At these times my family tries to jump in and help, but they all work full time jobs. Hubby 12 to 14 hours per day.

Do I need to leave a message if I need my order ASAP ?

YES most definitely. We are only human and unfortunately don't know unless you tell us that you need your order right away. Then we will try our best to complete it. To play it even safer not only leave a message under your order but send me a private message via Etsy so I will write you back to let you know I have read and understand you need it ASAP.

Can I mail for Cheaper?

YES..... if you are ordering a very small amount of bows or washi tape we can mail them in a letter sized envelope. But keep in mind there is no tracking method on this. So far we have never had a problem with customers receiving there orders.

Why is some of my Washi Tape Not very Sticky?

We try to carry as many beautiful colors as we can come across. Some of them are bought in the USA, some are bought over seas. We are unable to predict which will be more sticky or which will be less. But if they are not sticky enough do as I do when crafting, I add a touch of glue to the tape here and there or at the very end to keep from coming undone. If by chance you are really disappointed with one of the choices, send it back for an exchange or a refund for that particular design.

Mold Care Instructions

When dirty you should wash them with warm soapy water. Dish soap is fine. The most important thing is to make sure they are TOTALLY dry before using them again. And to make them last longer use some cooking oil to lightly grease them up if you notice them starting to dry out. The best way to keep from having to wash them all the time is Store them in something to keep the dust off of them. I store all of mine in the little bags that they come in when I ship them to you.

Can I order a mixture of all the Bow Colors ?

Yes in 50's and 100's we will try and include 1 or 2 of every color that we carry. If you want more of a certain color let us know. If you want a custom order of say 50 bows of only colors of your choice please note $1.00 will be added because we are only pulling those colors and only making ONE BAG just for you. If you need us to explain further just ask.

Do you carry a 50 or 100 mix of the teeny tiny bows you carry?

Not at this time but hope to soon. But you can request a special order of them at any time. There will be a $1.00 extra charge for the bag mixture service since it is a special order and requires special attention and time.
