Can I exchange a shirt for a different size?

Yes, if the purchase is within 14 days and the shirt is in new condition. However, the customer must pay return shipping costs. T-shirts and hoodies may only be exchanged one time.

My order has been marked as "delivered" but I don't have it. Will you issue a refund?

This Sloth Tee is designed and hand-printed in our Maine studio using eco-friendly, water-based ink. Each shirt is sewn in Haiti for a living wage using US organic and recycled fibers. The tri-blend fabric is soft and super comfy!

Customer service was great (quick, kind, accurate answers to my sizing questions) - shipping was perfect - quality of shirt is good - the only reason I am giving it a not perfect score is because at the back of the shirt near the neck there is prominent "Hearth and Harrow" branding. It kind of makes it look like you got the shirt at a company event as opposed to just a cool non-descript etsy style shirt. If I had known there was the brand visible on the back of the shirt, I wouldn't have purchased it.
