These leggings are made of high quality four way stretch velvet, and yes, it's the coziest thing you've ever worn!
This velvet is super soft, not the cheap and itchy panne, this is true lycra velvet Soooo flattering and comfy!
These pants feature an 11" high rise, a super wide flowy leg, and a flattering stretchy fit.
