I purchased this eyeglass case in a custom size and color (paid extra). I sent the eyeglass measurements to the owner/artist. The case that arrived was huge and did not fit my glasses comfortably. I immediately contacted the owner to see what could be done. He requested photos of the glasses in the case and glasses next to a ruler. All were sent the same day. A week went by and I heard nothing. I reached out to see if a solution had been reached. I was asked if I wanted one made smaller. As I originally requested the custom size, I agreed. Another week went by and I heard nothing. I again reached out and was told case was being mailed that day. My new case arrived yesterday and fits my glasses perfectly and the color is beautiful. It is just what I was looking for.
