Below every picture there is the option: ''Request a custom order and have something made just for you''. This option you can choose if you wish to request a custom order and have made and designed a jewelry especially for you.

Also on the right side next to the item picture there is a place to 'Add your personalisation'. Here you can leave a message if you have any specific wishes about the item. For example regarding the colour, shape, size, brightness, patterns etcetera.

All items will be gift packed in a cushioned jewelry box and an organza bag. Ready to be given as a gift, to yourself or to your loved ones :).

Please tick the gift wrap option at the checkout if you want a hand-written gift card added to your order with your personal gift note.

We never include any document with price information inside your package. You can easily print out your VAT receipt on your Etsy orders page, if needed.

Please remember to change the shipping address to receiver's!

Contact us right away! If you give us the correct address, we will create your shipping label accordingly. Please note, when you receive “shipment notification” email from Etsy, it will still show the wrong address, because we can’t change your address recorded on your Etsy order.

If your order has already shipped, we can’t intercept anymore. However, we will give you the necessary info so that you can contact your local postal service for a redirection. Success depends on your postal service. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it to an address of your choice. We will have to charge you the re-shipping cost.

Although rare, delays may happen especially in seasonal busy times and due to random custom checks. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We have to wait for 25 working days, until the package is declared as lost. At that point, we either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Our promise to you is, we will not let any buyer to incur any loss due to postal problems, unless entered address was incorrect.

Please note - orders from our store do not come standard with a tracking number, if you do wish to have a tracking service, please choose upon checkout: ''shipping ► upgrades ► track&trace'' (RECOMMENDED).

In case of any particular requests about your jewellery, please leave us a note in the “note to seller" section during check-out and we will do our best to make it happen!

If it is important for you to see a photo before ordering, then please request a custom order. We will send you photos of a selection of stones to choose from.

Yes. All our gemstones are genuine. We may have a few exceptions. In those cases, it is clearly stated in the listing (for example with 'Opalite' crystals.

Wearing:
We recommend removing your jewelry when you go to bed, shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise particularly in the sea or swimming pools. Avoid direct contacts with chemicals, such as perfumes, creams or any other liquids.
When wearing perfume, it's best to first spray the perfume and once the skin is dry to put the jewelry on.

Storing:
All jewelry should ideally be stored in the original jewelry-box. It will keep them tangle free and protected from moisture. Also we suggest to hang the jewelry, this will make sure that (especially the double-layered) necklaces will not get tangled. Don't store the jewelry in the bathroom! :)
