❥ Can be personalised with her favourite photo, name, quote, scripture verse or logo
❥ Choose colour or black & white for your photo from the drop down menu
❥ Round image area measures 25mm (1" in diameter)
❥ All photos are sealed with an epoxy sticker which enhances the quality of the image underneath and protects the image from everyday wear.
❥ Your pendant will arrive in a small gift bag ready to give as a gift

❥ After placing your order, please attach photo/s here on Etsy message.
- Select "Ask a Question"
- Under the message box, select “Attach image” to upload your image.
❥ High quality images work best.
❥ Do not crop your photo. I will crop it for you.
❥ Please ensure designs aren’t close to the edge of the image, or that part will be cut off.
❥ A preview will be sent for confirmation in Etsy conversations for approval.
❥ When you confirm you are happy with the resized image, the photo will be printed and assembled.


POSTAGE

❥ We are located in QLD, Australia
❥ All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with Australia Post
❥ Once orders have been posted with Australia Post, Lockets of Love accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods
❥ There is no tracking with this order. If you would like tracking please message us to arrange additional payment.
Tracking price will be $10 for Australian orders and $25 for International orders (this fee is what the post office charge)
❥ If expressed post is preferred, please advise us as shipping costs will be affected.
❥ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to Covid-19, there may be delays with shipping which is out of our control (it can take anywhere from to 2-8 weeks)
