Harem pants are one of my favorite pieces of clothing: unisex clothing, both comfortable and elegant, which adapts to all body types by highlighting our silhouette!
All my harem pants are designed with a loose cut to allow great freedom of movement: you can even dance in them!
They adjust at the waist with a tie, and at the ankle with a stretchy band in soft cotton jersey, for optimal comfort.
The single side pocket is the signature detail of NJAXASS harem pants, and will allow you to store your little treasures.

The DIAM harem pants are made from the famous njaxass fabric which gave the name to my brand, and lined with cotton.
“Njaxass” (pronounced “niarass”) is the name given to a patchwork made by assembling scraps of fabric, considered a good luck charm in Senegal. A poetic and eco-responsible tradition highlighted in my new collection.

“Diam” means “peace” in Wolof. It’s a word we often hear in Senegal: peace is an essential value for the Senegalese population.

✂️ CONFECTION:
Each patchwork being unique, the harem pants are made to order with the patchwork you choose.
Choose your size via the drop-down menu, place an order, I will then contact you to find out your preferences for choosing the patchwork.
Allow approximately 1 week for the creation of your harem pants after confirming the order. Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like your order to be processed as a priority (for a gift for example).


COMPOSITION :
Made from 100% recycled* fabric: belt and lining in organic cotton, "njaxass" patchwork fabric in wax cotton, stretchy ankles in cotton jersey.

The njaxass fabrics used for this collection are handcrafted by women from the village of Ndangane in Senegal: a single meter of njaxass fabric represents several days of work.

🌿 *What is upcycled fabric?
Talking about reused fabric means that no new material has been produced: it could be cutting scraps, clothing that deserves a second life, or even dormant stocks from textile manufacturers...
More ecological than traditional recycling, it does not involve an industrial process for producing new material, and thus avoids the consumption of gray energy and the pollution inherent to this process.

I always select natural materials, prioritizing quality and respect for the environment, even if it is more expensive.
For clothes, I chose to use exclusively new fabric (ends of rolls and cutting scraps) and 100% cotton.


INTERVIEW
🛁 machine wash cotton cycle (I recommend 30° maximum, it's gentler on the clothes, and for the environment 😉 ). No dryer!
