I had emailed Salted Words a few weeks ago because I don't believe in leaving a bad review unless really necessary and giving someone the opportunity to correct but I never heard back from them so perhaps they can now read it and maybe I can get some service? I purchased a framed quoted print for my daughter for Christmas. When I opened the package the wood frame was riddled with small splinters making it hard to hold, wood pieces were splintering off & there were wood knots crumbling off of it leaving gaping holes in the frame. It's like they pulled scraps from the cheapest pine you can find at Home Depot and glued it together. Part of the frame was dirty as if it was pulled straight off the ground. I am crushed my daughter's expensive ($127) print was treated with such negligence.
