All products are handmade to order and shipped from the UK.

The time taken to make each product is stated in the ‘delivery’ section on each product page.

Once the item has been made, estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK: 1-3 business days from dispatch
Western Europe: 7-14 business days from dispatch
Rest of Europe: 10-14 business days from dispatch
USA: 10-14 business days from dispatch
Rest of the World: 14-21 business days from dispatch

I always send an email to let you know when your order will be dispatched.

UK delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail with proof of postage.

International orders are sent using International tracked or signed (depending on the country) and a signature may be required.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your order is returned by the postal service as they were unable to deliver (due to an incorrect address or it was not collected from the postal office) I will be happy to ship your order again. However, I reserve the right to ask you to make an additional shipping charge to re-send the order.

Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.

If you would like to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please do so within 24 hours, as orders cannot be cancelled once they have been made.

All products are made using found and recycled materials, therefore patterns, materials and colours may vary slightly from item to item, but this should not affect the overall look of the design.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all images and product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

All intellectual property rights are and will remain the property of milly and pip. Any infringements will be taken seriously.
