Wonderful product, excellent communication! While the pockets are a bit smaller than I had hoped (they can't fit my 10" chef knife w/edge guard) there is plenty of excess space to make up for it. The material is obviously of high quality as is the craftsmanship. They were prompt on responding and were more than willing to accommodate my specific desire of the #3 design and the lettering. I honestly have tried to convince my partner (also a chef) to let me get them one too. I am extremely happy with my purchase and strongly encourage you to order your own.
