PICTURE TAKING TIPS:

PHOTO CROPPING:
There is no need for you to crop the photo before sending it to me. In fact, it’s actually much better if you do no cropping at all. Depending on the size of the print you order, I will need to crop your photo.

🗝️ HOW TO GET YOUR HIGH-RESOLUTION FILE
After you approve your proof, the high-resolution file will be added to your order. You can download it from the “Purchases and Reviews” tab when logged into your Etsy account.

🗝️ WHERE TO PRINT
You can print at home, at a local photo lab or print shop, or order from an online lab and have your art delivered to your door!

🗝️ DIGITAL FILE HELP
Along with your high-resolution print file, you'll also receive a PDF with my best printing tips. And of course, you can contact us with any questions that you may have. ☺️

After you checkout, you can send me a message on Etsy with your photo attached.

🗝️ IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let us know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so we may ask that you wait an additional 7 days- just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If after 7 days your order has not arrived, we will do everything we can to reship your order ASAP.

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to us. Once we receive your return order, we will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re- shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Included in the price of your portrait, I will make small edits such as:
- remove small items that will detract from the beauty of your portrait
- color grass green
- color sky blue
- remove neighboring houses to the best of my ability

More advanced Photoshop work:
- remove car from driveway
- "trim" shrubs or trees that are covering the house

Before you purchase editing work, I'd love to see your photo first. Then I can give you an accurate quote on how many edits it will take to achieve what you are looking for.

If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 14 days of the order's arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. From there, we would be more than happy to replace your order.

A proof will be sent to you via Etsy messages. If you do not approve your proof within 72 hours, your item will be finalized and sent to printing and shipping as is. No changes can be made after this point in time.

🗝️ GIFT NOTES
If you input a gift note when you place your order, we will slip your gift note inside the package and no pricing info will be included. For canvas prints, we will mail the gift note separately since these items ship from our trusted printing partner.

🗝️ GIFT WRAPPING
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping for our products at this time.
