At ElfinDesignsUK we carefully print and pack all of our items.

Card Size: 5 x 7"

Each card design is printed onto 350gsm white silky smooth card.

We are proud to say the card we use is FSC Certified which provides a guarantee to our customers that the wood, paper and card products come from well-managed and sustainable forests. The card we use is Acid Free, Recyclable and Elemental Chlorine Free.

We provide each card with a kraft brown envelope which is fully recyclable and send wrapped in a cello bag. This is to protect the card as it travels through the post to your door.

All designs have been lovingly hand drawn and created by ElfinDesignsUK. As illustrators and designers of over 15 years, we pride ourselves in knowing all of our artwork has been created by us, making our products unique and distinctive to other shops and sellers.

If for any reason you would like to make a change to your order, we please ask that you do this within 2 hours of placing the order. Our reason for this is because the majority of our designs are personalised, so once they are made and printed they cannot be used for another customer.

POSTAGE INFORMATION:

All items are posted in a board backed envelope or a postal box to protect them from damage as they travel through the post.

UK DELIVERY

All items are posted 1st Class Standard Delivery with Royal Mail. Royal Mail estimates this to be 1 to 2 business days. Please note this is only an estimate and deliveries can sometimes take longer to arrive. This is out of our control so please bear this in mind when placing any last minute orders. If you would like us to dispatch your order faster than the times stated on our shop, please get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All items outside of the UK are posted Standard International with Royal Mail. Royal Mail estimates this to be 5 to 7 business days however, in some occasions it can take 2 to 4 weeks. Although it is rare, some orders can get stuck in customs for 1 to 2+ months. Please do not order if you aren’t willing to accept potential delays. If you would like us to dispatch your order faster than the times stated on our shop, please get in touch.

REFUNDS:

We can only issue refunds when an item takes longer than 14 working days to arrive.

SMALL PRINT:

All personalised orders are considered final at the point you place the order. With that in mind, please take care when entering any names or personalised information.

By proceeding with your order we take that as a guarantee you have read and agreed to all of the above information.
