What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address prior to submitting your order. If you didn't receive your item due to a wrong address being provided by you, you will not be refunded (if the item is then returned to us and you would like it re-shipped, you will be in charge of the new shipping fee). Also, please keep track of your delivery day so that you know when it is being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our own expense (i.e. if there is proof via tracking that it was delivered but it did not show up).

What do I do if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

1. Contact your local post office and obtain the time/place/GPS location (if available) the package was delivered to. 2. Ask all family members in the home (if applicable) if they have seen a bright pink package delivered and check with neighbors too. 9 times out of 10 this solves the mystery. 3. If it can’t be found you can then fill out a missing mail report on USPS.com , you should only need your name, tracking # and home address. 4. If your package still doesn’t turn up, please contact your local police department and file a missing mail report. Once you send us the police report # and we verify it, we will gladly issue you a refund or resend your order. www.usps.com/

What if my package arrives late?

Refunds are not available for delayed packages due to USPS as we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

What if my package was shipped international and it is lost?

Lost international packages are not refundable due to there being no insurance offered via First Class shipping. If you'd like to pay extra for insured international shipping please let us know.
