How long will it take to ship my order?

Estimated production time are available in each listing. If you need your items ASAP or within a timeframe, please message me before ordering, and I will try to get it to you sooner, but this will depend on my work load.

All sizing details are available in the description of each listing, but if there is anything that is unclear, please message me!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are gift wrapped depending on what is ordered. All Bookmarks are wrapped in tissue paper, and singular candle orders will be boxed up with a ribbon. For Bigger candle orders all candles will be individually wrapped with Tissue Paper. Jar candles are all be wrapped with bubble wrap or honeycomb paper to protect the glass. Your order may arrive in repurposed Boxes to save on postage costs, please send me a message if you would like a brand-new box for whatever reason.

Custom and personalised orders

I do not accept custom orders at this time.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

I am not responsible for late deliveries, delays due to customs or any other issues caused by the post office! AUSTRALIA: These will be sent with Standard Post 2-10 business days - this is an estimation only. **Please allow additional shipping days due to public holidays, or the Christmas Season.** INTERNATIONAL: These will be sent with Standard Post and varies by country, contact me with Questions. 2-6 weeks - this is an estimation only. **Please allow additional shipping days due to public holidays, or the Christmas Season.**

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

I do not accept Returns or Exchanges for change of mind. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect order, please contact me within a week of arrival and I can issue a refund or replacement. For insurance purposes, I will ask for photos of damaged/faulty/incorrect orders.

Lost/Stolen/Delayed Order?

Unfortunately, I don't have any more information than you do - or the tracking indicates - once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. I am also not responsible for errors made by the post office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" or has not arrived within 30 days, I apologise, but it is out of my control. I suggest filing a complaint with your local post office.

I see that you use glitter in your candles. Is it safe to burn? Is it toxic?

Yes! I do use glitter with my candles. The glitter is non-toxic and can withstand heat as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit. I have done tests to make sure that the glitter does not melt or catch on fire. Not only do I create and sell these candles, I also regularly use them myself and can say that I've never had any problems with them and can ensure that they are safe. When you burn your candle, you will notice that there is less glitter on the top. Sometimes the glitter may sink into the candle because the glitter is heavier than the wax, depending on what glitter is used, some may sink more than others.

These candles are so beautiful and smell amazing! I especially love the Rapunzel's Tower candle that I purchased. Jade, the shop owner, was very nice to chat with and the candles came very quickly. I would definitely buy from this shop again!
