Custom and personalised orders

I make custom Hats and Jackets. If you are interested in any customization, please just write to me and I will write to you I can do this or not.

Hand washing recommended. Some items you can wash in the washing machine in gentle mode. Please be careful with handmade products and they will serve you for a long time.

All items in my shop are ready to be shipped (except for a custom). I will ship within 1-2 business days after your order. I send the package in a small package UKRPOSHTA with tracking number. ***** If you need more fast delivery please convo me. ***** Parcel usually reaches North America in 14-20 days. If the package is lost, what then?

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Ukrposhta. If the package is officially ricognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

What if you entered the wrong address in the order?

If the order has not been shipped yet - CONTACT ME ASAP! If the order has been sent - the Buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

If you need to cancel the order for any reason and refund the cost, please pay attention that the cost will not be returned in full. Part of the cost will go to pay off the payment services. Please note that 10% of the sum are non-refundable.
