I offer coupons and sales from time to time. To receive the discount, the coupon code MUST be entered at checkout. I cannot refund the discount after the purchase has been made.

I try to ship orders the same day or the very next day using USPS First Class (unless Priority is selected at checkout).

USA CUSTOMERS - Almost all orders will have tracking. Please double check the tracking directly on the USPS.com website. If your item is marked delivered but you do not have possession, please check with your household members, neighbors, and look in areas that your postal worker may have hidden your package.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please note that delivery can take up to 2-4+ weeks from the US. Please check your post office for any customs/VAT fees that may be due prior to receiving your parcel and are the responsibility of the buyer.

On most of my printed clothing items and canvas bags, you will see "Cute Jitsu Empire" logos and text. "Cute Jitsu Empire" was the previous shop name before I changed it to "The Cute Chameleon Shop." Different shop name, same quirky shop owner!

I do not launder/wash any of the items before sending them out. Care instructions for masks and clothing are enclosed with each order.
