If I cancel my order within 24h, how much would I get reimbursed ?

Full refund for the item is offered for 24 hours after the order have been placed. As per our Cancellation Policy, Insurance costs and PayPal fees are subject to buyers expense. Calculation example: Item cost $15 +$12 shipping= Totals:$27. This includes $2.43 insurance and $0.81 PayPal fee. Totals $3.24 Your Refund equals to $27 less $3.24 which would be $23.76 $23.76 would be refunded to your account.

I forgot to pick up my order and now its gone, would I get my money back?

I got two kinds of mushrooms from this vendor--the dried polypore mushrooms and the decorative birch mushrooms--to use for an art piece. The shipping was fast, everything was incredibly well packed so no mushrooms were broken en route, and the mushrooms themselves were very high quality. A perfect experience all the way around :).
