INSTRUCTIONS & EXAMPLES:
Step one: Choose your fur colors.
Look through the fur swatch slides then choose two fur colors, one for the inner ear and one for outer ears. Select your chosen inner and outer fur colors from the drop-down menus in the desired placements. (Photograph example; Inner ear fur color: Snow + Outer ear fur color: Amber.)
- FOR SOLID EARS: Choose the same fur color for both the front and back options.
Step Two: Inner ear airbrushing.
If you'd prefer to leave your inner ears blank, choose "no." If you'd like your ears to have inner ear airbrushing, as shown in the listing diagram slides, choose "yes." By default, the inner ear paint color will match the darkest fur color chosen. If you have specifically chosen a different color for the edge of the ears (in step three) your inner ears will match that chosen paint color instead. Build your owns only use one paint color.
If Applies, Step Three: List One Color for Airbrushing
Choose one color for the airbrushing along the edge of the ear if desired. If left blank, the edge paint color will default to match the darkest fur color you selected as shown in the listing diagram slides. Should you decide to have inner ear airbrushing (in step two) AND specify on an edge color; your inner ears will match the ears edge. Build your owns only use one paint color.
Step Four:
Place your order! Wait time is typically 5-10 days so you can have your order in approximately two weeks. Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule so message me if you need these quicker! Or for any other questions. 🥰
*PLEASE NOTE: If the outer ear fur color is lighter than the inner ear color, I cannot airbrush a light matching border OR inner ear to the darker inner ears. These orders will have a border on the back of the ear instead of an inner ear border unless specified in the notes at checkout. Dark inner ears may also not be able to have inner ear airbrushing depending on colors chosen. Feel free to message me any design inquiries about the combinations you choose.

This listing is for one pair of fox ears. If you have any issues with your order please reach out before leaving a negative review. I'd love the opportunity to make your experience here a positive one.
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE:
Message me within first 48 hours of receiving your order. I will do my best to fix the issue as soon as possible. If you wait over 48 hours to bring the issue to my attention you won't be eligible for a replacement.
All customizable orders are final, non-refundable with no returns or exchanges. Replacements occur ONLY if you received a wrong order, wrong colors or wrong style was sent.
BUYER REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Keep items in the original condition and packaging.
- Items must be shipped back in the original packaging.
- The order must be shipped back within 72 hours of delivery.
- Following Etsy’s standard return policy, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No replacements will be issued if the order is not returned in the original packaging.
- Items must be unworn and not bent, brushed, trimmed, disrupted or manipulated in anyway.
Items returned damaged or altered may not qualify for a replacement.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:
I cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout by customer error. Refund requests (full or partial) may be refused in the following cases:
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- The addressee does not live at the address provided
- The address provided is not a USPS-verified address
- Moving without informing me of the updated address before shipment
- Moving after shipment and the package being delivered to the original address provided
- No one available to receive the package if delivery requires it
