Below are our recommended 'order by' dates for Christmas deliveries. These are based on our order processing times plus estimated shipping times provided by carriers. Please remember that all items are made to order and this will take longer during this busy season. We don't offer returns or refunds for late deliveries.

As all items are made to order we cannot offer size or change of heart exchanges. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or we have made a mistake. Please send us a message through Etsy Convo together with a description of the problem and 2 photos, one close up and one of the full item showing the fault or damage and we will make it right.

👉CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are held for a period of 2 hours to allow customers to cancel or make changes to the order, however, after that time we can no longer guarantee this will be possible as your order may have already begun it's processing journey and shipping labels have been purchased. Please send us a message via Etsy Convo to alert us of your intent to cancel within 2 hours of placing your order and we will issue a refund, no questions asked.

👉UNDELIVERED & LOST PACKAGES

In the event that your package has been returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, no access, addressee unknown, unable to forward or marked as unclaimed we will contact you. We are unable to issue any refunds but your order can be re-shipped, however, re-shipping charges will apply even if the original order was shipped free of charge. If we do not hear from you within 7 days your item will be disposed of. 👉A package is marked as delivered but you haven't receive it If an order's tracking details state that it was delivered but you haven't received it, we are not liable for the loss of the package and do not cover the costs, reship or refund the order. Please file a claim/loss report with the respective delivery company.

❗TRACKING INFORMATION & POSSIBLE DELAYS ❗

Christmas is a challenging time for carriers. Here is what you can expect: When you receive your shipping notification it means your package has been handed to the shipping company. All items are shipped tracked but often the system it will state ' pre-transit - awaiting package'. This is because carriers are not scanning in packages after they have been collected. We are unable to predict or speed up in any way items that are in the hands of shipping companies. Rest assured they are being dealt with and tracking details will be updated as and when the shipping company decides. Please be patient as this can sometimes take up to 2 weeks. Our best advise is to place orders as early as possible.

👉ALL-OVER PRINTED PRODUCTS

We offer a large range of all-over printed items such as leggings, sports bra's, tank tops, crop tops, t-shirts, skirts, dresses, shorts, tote bags, beach towels, sweatshirts, hoodies and lots more. Our designs are printed onto quality fabric using a sublimation process and then cut and sewn to order. Patterns and seam alignments will vary from piece to piece and cannot be guaranteed. This does not constitute a fault but rather adds to the uniqueness of the product.

👉CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Garments are printed using the latest DTG (Direct to Garment) print technologies. Inks used are water based and eco-friendly. This gives a softer feel than traditional screen prints. Please wash your item before first use to remove any possible ink stains or manufacturing smells. This is normal and will wash off after the first wash. Follow these guidelines: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

👉SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If you purchase a variety of different items you may receive more that one package at separate times as items are dispatched as soon as they are ready for shipment. Also some items cannot be packaged together such as mugs and shirts for example. In this event we will provide you with tracking numbers for all shipments separately. You may find your order status as 'fulfilled' this occurs when a tracking number is added to an order, as there is only space for one tracking number the whole order will show as shipped. In this case we will notify you directly via Etsy Messages to inform you of this and provide further information in regards to the status of any other yet un-shipped items which form part or your total order.
