Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders will take more processing time. Asking for a print in an odd size may only take an extra day or so. A commissioned painting from your photo may take as long as 3 or 4 months. Custom orders may only be returned if they can be sold to someone else. Sales of commissioned paintings are final but you will see photos of the finished product ahead of time and will be sold to you with your approval.

Most prints can be made in custom sizes to fit your space. Please allow extra time for this and measure carefully.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping but can include a card with your message if you are sending a gift. All our orders are well protected and packed to arrive safely. Prints are shipped flat in a clear plastic sleeve, backed by cardboard. They are sandwiched between heavy cardboard that is larger than the print. Shipping costs include the cost of packing materials, not just postage.

Offered here without mat or frame but you may add a white conservation mat and backing for an additional $10. Matted prints fit a standard 11x14 frame (not included).

Shipping will include tracking and insurance. Your print will be shipped flat and will be well packed and protected.
