French beaded rose - beginner
This rose pattern is a perfect beginner project. The pdf instructions come with many step-by-step photos and will walk you through the process of starting the art of French beaded flowers.
Pattern is written by Fen Li, author to the book "Bead Flora: the revival of French beaded flowers" and a Bead & Button show instructor.

This will show you how to do the basic technique of making petals, leaves, and sepals. This includes many photos showing you how to create and assemble a beaded rose.
Techniques you will learn:
* Basic Frame
* Basic Frame with pointed top and rounded bottom
* Lacing
* Flossing
Materials needed:
* 11/0 seed beads
* 24 gauge copper core wire
* 30 or 32 gauge wire
* Stem wire
* DMC metallic floss
* Tacky glue
Tools needed:
* Wire cutters
* Chain nose pliers
* Beadspinner
* Scissors
