Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if one will have a negative initial reaction to a new product, and so we will always recommended everyone to perform a patch test before introducing any new product into their skin.

A way to do this is to simply apply the product to a small area once a day for 2-3 days to test if you are sensitive to it. If an allergic reaction occurs; please immediately discontinue use.

◾️Original SAPO Body Exfoliation Net: Wash before use. Rinse, hang to air dry.
◾️African Soaps: They should be kept on a soap dish so excess water can be drained. As they are raw, they may have white ash on it; this is due to the fact that soap is wrapped up and not exposed to air, thus dry - the white ash is simply soap ash - completely harmless. All you need to do is begin using it; this will give it its moisture back.
◾️Body Butters: Store in cool, dry location. In warm/hot weather, Shea, Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil can melt/become liquid, during transit (although some people do prefer them that way!) This does not affect its efficacy and can be remedied by placing the jars in a cooler setting.
◾️Raw Oils: Store in cool, dry location.

◾️Jamaican Castor Oil is unrefined and extracted from the seed of the castor bean; it is made in Jamaica by our local supplier.
◾️Haitian Castor Oil is unrefined, toasted and cold pressed; made in Haiti by our local supplier.
◾️Original SAPO Body Exfoliation Net is sourced directly and made by our local maker in Kumasi, Ghana.

For Domestic Express delivery (Same day dispatch*), orders must be placed by 6am for same day dispatch. Orders made after 6am will be dispatched on the next business day
