All printed cotton sleep masks can be washed gently by hand and dried flat after pulling into shape. If required press, on a low setting, with minimal pressure - avoiding elastic. Shower caps should have excess water removed after use and be left to dry in a well aired space. Occasional hand or gentle machine was is recommended.

Diamond Desola sleep masks are sized for over 14 year olds and will fit an average adult head comfortably. If you think you need something sized differently please convo me and I can usually adjust sizing accordingly. ( e.g If you are fortunate enough to have an abundance of hair you may need a longer band !)

Gift wrapping and packaging

All masks are shipped on card, with a Diamond Desola hang tag attached with satin ribbon, in a “cello” sealed sleeve. If you would like any specific packaging or a personalised message included with your gift, I can normally provide this at no extra charge. ** our clear “ cello” sleeves are now made from cornstarch BIODEGRADATION INFO: All clear bags are fully biodegradable which means that they break down to CO2 and water which can then be reused in the eco system. This will happen in either in home or commercial composting or landfill. They will always break down to CO2 and water but in commercial composting the process is quicker. If you want minimal packaging-for any reason-please let us know.

U.K. Destinations : I typically ship within 48 hours. Standard postage included is Royal Mail 2nd class post. ( 3 to 5 days) If you need an item quickly please choose the 1st class upgrade and / or convo me as I will always expedite where possible. International. I typically ship within 48 hours. Standard airmail service is not tracked, but an upgraded tracked service can be selected . Delivery times from the U K depend on destination. U.S.A and Canada often within 10 days but can sometimes ( inexplicably ) take 3 or 4 weeks. If you require an item quickly expedited services can be provided at cost . Convo me for a quote.
