*** Please note the drawing is a caricature cartoon so will not look exactly like your photos.

*** Please allow 3 weeks for the commission to be completed. Any changes or revisions made after will increase the wait time.

*** Any changes and revisions requested after the drawing is complete will be subject to additional charges.


These pictures are examples of previous commissions I have done. The drawing will be signed.

HOW TO ORDER:

- Choose whether you want your drawing in colour or black and white.

- Purchase and complete the checkout through Etsy.

- Send me a photo of what you would like drawn either through Etsy or by email at milliemacdougallart [!at] gmail.com (photo must be clear)

- Let me know if you would like a head and shoulder drawing or have little bodies.

- When the drawing is complete I will send you a photo via email or Etsy conversation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- During busier periods such as Christmas custom pieces will take longer to complete and parcels may take longer to arrive.

- Custom drawings and paintings are NOT refundable and cannot be cancelled once I have started it.

- If you are unhappy with a custom drawing/ painting I am happy to redo it as long as the original piece does not have a likeness to the original photograph.

- If you order a custom piece I will send you a photo of it once finished via Etsy conversation or email and will need you to confirm you are happy with the image before I post it to the address provided.

- Once Item(s) are sent/delivered I am unable to change or issue a refund in the event that you are not happy with the way the product looks.

- Digital listings are non-refundable.

- Colours may vary slightly from the picture due to different monitors/calibrations.

- Drawings may be used as examples, let me know at time of purchase if you would like to opt out.

- My works are to NOT be passed off as someone else's or reproduced and sold elsewhere.

- Returns are not accepted.

- It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. I am not responsible for providing a refund for lost or delayed parcels due to the incorrect address being given and the customer will be liable to pay for a replacement and postage.

- Returns are accepted on non customised items considering they are returned in the condition they were dispatched in.

- The customer is responsible for paying the postage and packaging when returning an item to me.

- Items that arrive damaged will be fully reimbursed, including postage and packing as long I receive photo evidence of the damage within 10 days.
