Custom and personalised orders

We will only do customs orders for the length of fabric and not width. Remnants are already pre-cut so therefore can not be customized.

To avoid missing parcels please ensure that you have provided us with the correct address as all orders are shipped to the address provided during Etsy Checkout. Please make sure you double check before finalizing your order. If you provided incorrect address we will have no responsibility for undelivered package.

Images that are provided are from our in house studio. Due to lighting and monitor settings we can’t guarantee an exact colour match of the fabric upon arrival.

When will my item be shipped?

All fabric orders are sent out on Thursday and Friday. All other orders are sent on Monday and Tuesday. *PLEASE NOTE* We are closed on the weekend so any orders made on Friday will not be dispatched till Monday.

We sell 1 Metre, 0.5 Metre, and pre-cut remnants. All widths of fabrics vary, however the length is all your choice. All items will be sent out in one continuous piece. In rare cases, if there isn't a continuous piece available we will contact you.

We use Royal Mail to send our orders. Tracking is not used for orders under £50. DPD is used for any items that are heavy such as mannequins etc.

We recommend hand washing all our fabrics. It is the customer's responsibility to take care when washing the fabric. We will not accept refunds or returns for any fabric that is damaged by the customer washing it.

Returns and Exchanges

Please be aware that we only accept returns or exchanges if the product has not been used or opened. Customers will have to pay and send back the goods for a refund or exchange.
