so this is the second piece of my order and thank goodness it was done better than my tapestry. I still wouldn't recommend buying from this seller due to them blaming you for anything wrong with your order and overall unprofessionalism, but at least the mug was done well.

This product is over priced. You can see the message on the cup before it even changes colour from black to white. I am not one to complain but the lack of sympathy I received when bringing up the issue, was quite frankly a joke. Not to mention, the frustration that seemed quite apparent from the seller while discussing the purchase (which I apologized for) was unprofessional. Rather than continuing to discuss in a chat, I would rather leave this review and move forward with another seller.

It is hard to tell if you haven't ordered from a printing service before how your project will turn out. I was so pleasantly surprised by the finished product (I ordered some large photo banners/tapestries), their quality was fantastic and they were finished and sent to me quickly! Thank you!!!!!!
