Can you send me printed sheets instead of digital files?

Unfortunately, I only offer digital downloads and do not provide printed sheets. This allows you to print the collage sheets instantly and as many times as you like, at your convenience.

Can I sell products I make using your collage sheets?

Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to create and sell physical or digital products made with my collage sheets. However, please do not sell or distribute the original digital images as-is.

If I purchase a digital collage sheet from you, can I sell it in printed form?

No, that is strictly prohibited. You may not sell my designs in printed or digital form, nor include them as part of scrapbooking kits or any other product for resale. Additionally, sharing purchased files from my shop with others, including friends, is not allowed.

How can I use your collage sheets?

You can use my images for all kinds of art and craft projects, including small commercial or personal use. Feel free to create jewelry or other handmade items and sell them on Etsy, at craft fairs, or similar venues. However, you may not use my images to produce and sell large quantities of merchandise or mass-produced products. If you’re unsure about your intended use, please contact me for more details.

I never received my order. What should I do?

Good news! Etsy introduced Instant Download a while ago, so there’s no need to wait for files to be sent. You can download your purchased digital collage sheets anytime, and your download links never expire! To access your files, go to www.etsy.com/your/purchases and download directly from there. Also, after your purchase, Etsy sends an email with a download link—be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case it landed there. If you still have trouble, feel free to contact me and I’ll help you get your files!

I can't make a purchase because of a problem with my credit card. What should I do?

Unfortunately, payment processing and credit card issues are handled directly by Etsy. As a seller, I don’t have access to payment systems or credit card information. How to print digital collage sheets:

1. Set your printer to borderless printing (no borders). 2. Choose the highest quality print setting. 3. Make sure scaling is turned off (do not “fit to page”). 4. Print on U.S. Letter (8.5x11”) or A4 size paper. 5. Use a resolution of 300 dpi (not 72 dpi). 6. Turn photo fix or image enhancement off to avoid altering colors. Tip: I recommend using matte paper for the best results.

I want a refund for my purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. Please note, I am not responsible if you are unfamiliar with opening JPG files or printing them, as I do not provide basic computer support. All files are carefully checked to ensure they are viewable and printable. If you encounter any technical issues with the files themselves, please contact me and I will be happy to assist.
