Samantha always has quality, unique cutters and other tools. This particular box arrived smashed (not from any negligence on her part) from usps and 2 of the cutters were broken. I had placed another order in the meantime and it had not yet been shipped and she was very willing to replace the 2 broken cutters and ship along with my next order. I was very surprised to find that she had so generously replaced all 5 of the cutters from this set instead of just the 2!
