Beautiful bag, but my standard yoga mat did not fit. It is well within the measurements provided in the item description. Before leaving a negative review, I reached out to see if something could be done to rectify the situation. I was encouraged to remeasure my mat and was told that she would send a video instructing me how to use the bag after she gets around to making another one. What?!? A bit condescending if you ask me. Thanks but no thanks. 👎🏼

Dear Lauren It is really disheartening to see one star review for a handmade product made with love. As mentioned in the listing as well, the bag is made for 25" long and 6" width(rolled up) mat size (See attached images). We had asked you to share a pic or video highlighting the problem you are facing with bag which we never received. Due to the texture of the bag, people may have problem using the bag.
