I have not received my package what do I do?

First check the tracking number that was e-mailed to you when your order was shipped. Once you log into Etsy you can find the tracking number under your name there is a drop-down list, to open the list, click on the arrow by your name, find “purchases and reviews” click on this, and your order history will open, locate the order and to the right is a black box that says “Tracking” this will bring you to the tracking number and package history. If you have not received your package within 15 days of ordering, please contact us at info@bluewhalearts.com or call us at 603-679-1961, so that we can put a “where’s my package” tracer on it.

What happens if my package is still in transit and I no longer want the items?

We are unable to issue any refunds or cancel orders if the package shows it is still in transit, even if showing delay, or no movement. We will work with you and will file a “Where’s my Package” at or after 15 days of being in transit. We encourage you to do the same. Refunds for any products cannot be issued until the items are returned to us and, in the condition, they were shipped.

What do I do if it says my order has been delivered? This needs to be done ASAP. The sooner action is taken the better the possible result? - Part 1 of 2

If your package tracking states it was delivered, we are not able to do anything on our end as the shipper considers the transaction complete. If the package was shipped by USPS, you must contact your local Post Office and ask for the GPS coordinates to see if in fact the package was delivered to your location. (I have had packages delivered to the wrong address and this was how we knew). If the package was shipped UPS, you must contact them directly and ask the same questions regarding GPS coordinates. If it was miss-delivered, ask the post office/UPS to please retrieve your package. Answer Continue to next FAQ -

What do I do if it says my order has been delivered? This needs to be done ASAP. The sooner action is taken the better the possible result? Part 2 of 2

If it was miss-delivered, ask the post office/UPS to please retrieve your package. If the GPS coordinates are correct for your location, then you need to file a police report that your package has been stolen. You may be able to file a claim with your credit card company as many offers purchase protection that will reimburse you for stolen items or home owners’ insurance.
