unless otherwise stated, baphomet&co products are pre-made and ready-to-ship! orders ship out within three business days {3}. we are based in canada and ship via canada post. Canadian orders ship Expedited, US orders ship Small Packet Air, and International orders ship International Parcel Air.

international customers may be responsible for additional taxes, duties, and fees upon delivery.

baphomet and co has taken extra steps as a small business to create the smallest impact on the environment possible.

+ in addition to our products being made by hand with less machinery, electricity, fossil fuels - we also source organic and locally produced ingredients wherever possible.

+ we use minimal plastic in the packaging and shipment of our products; the majority of our items are wrapped in paper, with paper labels and twine.

+ our box filler is made from biodegradable corn starch - the packing peanuts can be rinsed down the drain!

+ lastly, shipping labels are printed on recycled paper, and we no longer include packing slips inside orders - invoices are emailed as well as available here on etsy on-demand by the customer.

due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. and, as our processing time is only one business day, we are not able to provide order cancellations.

if an issue arises in receipt of your package, please contact us, file a complaint with USPS and contact your local post office. if your order arrives damaged or defective, please send send us a message with a picture of the damaged product to resolve the issue within {30} days of placing your order.

we are not responsible if provided an incorrect mailing addresses, and are unable to change mailing addresses once an order has been processed.

if packages are returned to us due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to re-send the package, or will be refunded the order total less the original shipping expense. it is the customer's responsibility to track down parcels delivered with an incorrect address.
