Yes, all of our mugs are printed on both sides and some wrap around the mug.

ARE YOUR MUGS DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE SAFE?

Our white ceramic mugs are top rack dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Our enamel camp mugs and all stainless steel travel mugs and wine tumblers are not microwave safe and we recommend hand washing.

CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship 3-5 times per week and take pride in knowing that each order is packaged safe and secure! Our normal production time is 3 business days or you can message us for ready to ship next business day availability for an additional fee. Transit time for priority shipping is 1-3 business days depending on your location. Transit time for first class shipping is 3-5 days depending on your location. Tracking will be provided when your order ships. We are not responsible for USPS delays. We can only guarantee that all orders will ship on or before the scheduled date.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Since all of our mugs are made to order or customized, we have a no return policy. However, if you are not pleased with the item you receive, please contact us and we will work hard to make it right!

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take time and care in packing each shipment, but occasionally an order arrives damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can arrange a replacement. A photo of the damaged item including the shipping box is required so we can file a claim with USPS.

If the item you order is shipping as a gift, we would be happy to include a note to the recipient! Fill out the gift message section to be sure it prints out with your order.

Design is printed on both sides and includes a gift box. Choose from an 11 or 15 ounce white ceramic mug or a 12 ounce insulated white stainless steel wine tumbler with lid. We use high quality sublimation inks which are heat applied. This process ensures a sharp clear print that won't crack or peel off! We recommend hand washing for long lasting color. Ceramic mugs are microwave and top rack dish washer safe. Stainless steel wine tumblers are not.

Normal production times are 1-3 business days. When we're on vacation, the time will be updated and expected delivery will be available before placing your order. Please check our shop announcements during the holiday season, production and delivery times may be longer. Production time does not include shipping time. Tracking is provided when your order ships, so you can check transit and delivery status.
