🌼 CHOOSING THE RIGHT LENGTH - take a measuring tape - wrap it around your neck or wrist - position the measuring tape where you would like the necklace or bracelet to rest - that will be your length measurement - lengths are measured from end to end, the clasp is included in the length I can also add a 1.5" extension free of charge if you are not sure about the length

🌼 Some tips on how to help prevent tarnishing on your silver jewelry and how to clean it. All silver jewelry darkens with time. It depends greatly on the personal skin features and the conditions of storing and wearing. The good thing is that it could be easily cleaned even at home. For example, you can clean it with toothpaste. Use soft cloth for flat parts and soft brush for hardly accessible parts. It is important that the brush and your piece of jewelry are dry (not wet). After a thorough cleaning remove the paste with water and this same brush or cloth. Moreover, you can use numerous special cleaning solutions available in jewelry shops and on the web. All you need is to plunge the necklace there and rinse it with water.

🌼 Tips on storing your jewelry. Store your jewelry in cool dry places and avoid sunlight, heat, moisture and food. For better results zip it in a plastic bag with as little air as possible. Be mindful to keep it away from food, hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, bleach, etc. After taking off your silver jewelry, clean it with an enclosed polishing cloth or better wash it with dish soap.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale orders terms depend on the quantity and the listings in question. I'll be happy to give you details upon request.

Should I take off the jewelry before taking a shower?

A lot of people are wondering if they can take a shower with the silver jewelry on. In fact, it is even recommended as this cleans away dust and fat from the items. But be mindful to use delicate soft soaps and detergents in this case.

Why is my parcel stuck in transit?

It happens that the package is stuck in transit longer than we had expected. If package was sent during COVID-19 outbreak many carriers and postal services around the world are overloaded with increased volume of packages. Online shopping saw significant uptick in number of people doing shopping online as well as increased frequency of purchases.

Custom and personalized orders

It's never a bad idea to get on the phone and inquire about USPS package! Call your local post office supervisor and ask them to email the sorting facility where your package is stuck and mention the city name and then this phrase " NDC (Network Distribution Center) Package Inquiry". They might hem and haw at your request, but remind them that you've heard it's protocol. What's also worked for people in the past when they had a stuck package is to submit a USPS customer service form for a shipment problem. It just could be that within a day, your package would be located and sent on to its destination.
