TEE CARE
I use water based inks. Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry. DO NOT USE HOT or WARM WATER. Do not use bleach.

WHITE RINGER (white shirt w/ black bands)
BLACK RINGER (black shirt w/ bands)
PINK RINGER (pink shirt w/ white bands)

If you order something that just says Pink, Creme or even White (not a ringer), Black (no ringer). YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A RINGER.

I print & ship most shirts in my CA live/work loft in the Pomona Arts Colony. These items take only 1-3 days.

Leggings, swimwear, phone cases & some of the dark t-shirts are designed by me and shipped directly to you by my partner. These items can take them as long as 12 working days.

My clothing is sewn by me and take 5-7 working days.

I design all my own patches, stickers & pins. Some I make myself but when it gets too busy or I need a lot made at once I'll have a manufacturer do some for me.

Skate Charms usually take me just 1-3 days, Skate guards and caps take 1-5 working days.

If you get a shipping notice and it's not tracking yet our courier may not have come as scheduled to pick up our shipments. Please give it a day or two.

I gladly refund eligible items with tags attached & mailed in the time frame stated in the item listing. I cannot accept the following returns:
- garments with the tags (or sticker) removed
- custom made or flash sale items
- swimwear, mystery items, lingerie
- past the return policy
- not in the same condition as received (pet hair, perfume, etc).

I do not accept exchanges. If wanting to exchange please return for a refund and reorder.

RETURNS ON FREE SHIPPING ORDERS--if a return drops the order below 35$ the cost of shipping will be deducted from the returned merchandise total.

HOLIDAY RETURNS--As a small business that only makes what is ordered I do not offer return extensions.

PRINTING
Each item is printed in a unique way. Colors may be more vibrant or slightly more muted/distressed than shown.

Shirts may be slightly stiff or have a smell at first due to a non-toxic, environmentally friendly pretreatment process that allows me to print water-based inks into the garment fibers. The item will be soft and odor free after the first wash.

My print & pretreatment process uses non-toxic products that are safe for pets, infants, & people with sensitivities. All garments are made in a sweatshop-free environment.

If you see an error KEEP ALL TAGS ATTACHED & notify me immediately. A photo of the error or defect may be required. It is NOT considered a defect if the item doesn't fit or feel as hoped.

I offer postage for replacement or refund only. I don't do discounts or freebies for shirt errors.

Size/Fit can vary from garment to garment. Colors vary by monitor. Shirt brands & fabric varies by availability. Be sure to ask questions prior to ordering. The buyer is responsible for return shipping if they don't like a color or fit.

Sorry guys, it's not an error on my part if you ordered a standard tee & hoped I'd send a ringer instead.

ADDRESSES - Check your address during checkout. I cannot replace/refund items that get shipped to the address provided.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS - Not all items in your order will ship in the same package on the same day.

PATCHES/STICKERS/CHARMS - Ship in a letter envelope that is treated like a stamped letter by USPS. Tracking may read as "in transit" or "pre transit" if USPS chooses to not manually scan it. Check your letters and junk mail for the envelope.

TURNAROUND TIMES - if you got a shipping notice ahead of schedule please be patient. We are waiting for courier pickup.

90% of the time delivery people mark items delivered before delivering them. It may show up in 1-3 working days. If you STILL didn't receive a delivered item:
-check the address, make sure it's correct
-check with neighbors & household members
-check the trash in case your delivery person stuck it in something & you accidentally threw it away.

The patches & stickers ship in a greeting card envelope, may not be tracked by USPS properly, and may read "pre-transit".

I only ship to the address provided. I cannot refund items tracked as delivered. I'll be happy to assist you with USPS should you need it.

If you get a shipping notice & it's not tracking yet our courier may have skipped the scheduled daily pick-up. Your item will be out soon.

My artwork is not available for sale or reproduction in any way. You cannot duplicate, produce or replicate my artwork to make a patch, sticker, graphic, commercial item, etc even if you purchase the original.

Because I already sell my patches on blank apparel, hats, totes, bags, & beanies you are not permitted to.

I reserve the right to refuse service. I do not offer dropship services, and I do not sell the rights to my artwork.

I can offer different shirt colors, sizes, and even styles other than pictured. Just send me a message.

I'm not currently offering custom work that requires graphic design work, digitizing for embroidery, custom patches, or custom socks. Sorry, but these customizations require a lot of attention & I'm just one ghoul that's been running on no naps ^-^
